$45,000 Louis Vuitton Tribute Patchwork 'Ugliest and Most Expensive LV bag Ever' Completely Sold Out!

This 'Louis Vuitton Tribute Patchwork' bag worth $45,000 G's appeared on the runway last fall. The bag is designed by Marc Jacobs and made up of pieces of 15 Vuitton bags. It was reffered to by the British press, as "Frankenstein's monster." As Louis Vuitton releases its latest collection of denim patchwork bags, priced at $3,000-$5,000, talk about this monstrosity is resurfacing. I suspect Marc Jacobs made this mess to give purse bloggers like myself something to talk about while he waited to release a less offensive and more affordable version of this bag. Its all about marketing and keeping us talking about the 'House of Louis Vuitton'. Guess what!? It worked. The picture above is from the front cover of USA today and it has us all talking about it. Even me!!

This has nothing to do with Beyonce (who recently displayed this bag in public). This is about ridiculous excess. Please tell me Louis Vuitton is giving all profits to some worthy cause, because this is the most disgusting, ugly bag ever created in the name of “fashion.” Louis Vuitton, please admit that this is a cruel joke on those who have far too much expendable income, and that you made these bags out of scraps off the factory floor — and that you’re giving the money to fighting a terrible disease, childhood poverty, education… you name it. Please just end this travesty.

P.S. Any woman with a sewing machine can make something just as “funky” or “fun,” with a lot more taste.

that is the ugliest bag I've ever seen in my life. Anyone who buys this purse is just desperate to stay in fashion when they are actually displaying something that would never come in to fashion. I don't feel bad for whoever bought this purse because they are obviously rich enough to buy it, also stupid enough.

P.S. A notebook for over $300? WTH you can MAKE the notebooks he has for sale.
