The Lanvin 2007 collection was inspired by thirties wide shouldered gowns with a fresh new richness and splendor. Long sleeve as well as sleeveless dresses were accentuated with beautiful jewels. The luxurious dresses were paired off with techno inspired bold patent leather platform shoes and handbags.
Designer 'Alber Elbaz' seems to understand 'what women want' with these comfortable, wearable and rich designs for fall 2007. A few items caught my fancy, one in particular is the jeweled cuff (bottom image).

I love the large brooches and bracelets, but those are some SERIOUS shoes.
maybe i'm just picky, but the best thing about this runway are the models wearing black nail polish. well the red pumps are pretty. and painful please someone help lanvin. quickly
